  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at support@rilleybay.com.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking status first.
  • If the package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
  • For lost packages, contact us at support@rilleybay.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
  • If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations after processing has begun.
